You now have the ability to view marketing chargeback information, including proof of performance, on our website at your convenience. This information is available to you through your password-protected account.
Subscribers have access to crucial title movement information. Sales of your top 500 titles are reported weekly and monthly in online reports that can be downloaded directly to your computer. On-hand and on-order information is provided in addition to sales data. You will also receive sales reports with information on the top 500 Bookazine titles from all publishers for the same time period. This insight helps you manage inventory allocation, plan reprints, and prepare for sales calls with our buyers. Contact your marketing representative for current pricing.
At Bookazine, we welcome new book submissions from publishers. To have your title considered, please review the following requirements:
ISBN & EAN Barcode: The book must have an ISBN and an EAN barcode with a printed price. Exceptions are made for non-book items.
Physical Copies & Promotional Materials: Submit one copy of your book along with two sets of promotional materials (e.g., jackets, color Xeroxes, sale sheets, marketing materials).
Packaging & Publication Details: Provide information on the carton pack and the total number of units published.
Sales & Distribution Details: Specify who is responsible for sales, marketing, and distribution of the book.
Wholesale Distribution: Bookazine is an international wholesaler, not a distribution service for client publishers.
Retail-Driven Orders: Books are not purchased speculatively. Orders are placed only if there is demand from retail stores.
Approval Process: New publishers must sign a terms agreement and receive approval from the Vice President of Merchandising.
Review Timeline: We strive to review all submissions carefully. If we are interested in your book, we will contact you within four weeks. If you do not hear from us within that timeframe, our Merchandising Department has determined that we cannot successfully market your title.
