Books
All returns must be pre-approved. Contact Bookazine’s Customer Service department at 201-339-7777, or by e-mail at customerservice@bookazine.com, for a Return Authorization Number. This number must be recorded on each carton of returned books.

All cartons in the same return shipment must be sequentially numbered (i.e. 1/3, 2/3, etc.). Returns without a Return Authorization number will be sent back to the customer, at the customer’s expense. Please note that Return Authorizations will expire 45 days after issuance.

Please retain your tracking information on returns shipped until credited to your account. Prepaid returns of up to 10% of the net value of books purchased during the previous 12 months will be accepted from accounts in good credit standing.

Books will be credited at 50% of list price. Short discount books will be credited at purchase price. Returns must be accompanied by a detailed packing list or credit will be delayed by up to 60 days. Bookazine is subject to publisher returns policies. Any title considered non-returnable by its publisher will also be treated as non-returnable by Bookazine.

Dated materials such as calendars and almanacs must be returned prior to February 1st of the applicable year. Any mass market paperback title considered strippable by its publisher will also be treated as strippable by Bookazine. Bookazine will not accept the return of books not purchased from Bookazine. Bookazine will not accept returns of books declared out-of-print by the publisher. Bookazine will not accept returns of damaged or stickered books.

Bookazine will not accept returns of quantities of a title, in excess of the quantity purchased. All customer returns not in conformity with the above policy will be returned to the customer, at the customer’s expense.

Magazines
All unsold copies may be submitted for credit via an affidavit, which can be submitted through the Bookazine web site.
Please use your BZ account number, which can be found on your invoice. If you experience difficulties using the magazine return affidavit site, please e-mail us.

All affidavits for unsold magazines must be submitted within 45 or 75 days of invoice date depending on the frequency in which they are circulated, i.e. weekly, monthly, annually.  For a list of all the magazines with corresponding codes, please contact Efrain Colon.
